Discover and address inefficiencies, enabling focused actions that amplify energy generation and

operational efficiency.

  • Data-Driven Financial Strategies:

Leverage analytical insights to guide investment decisions and optimise operational budgets, ensuring that

resources are strategically allocated for maximum impact.

Downtime and Partial Performance Detection and Classification

Description:

These services identify periods when the assets are not producing at full capacity, either a full stop or a limitation of the asset capacity, the outputs will be events with corresponding start and end times.

Secondly these events are analysed and classified according to IEC standards, such as technical standby, environmental factors and forced outages/curtailments (component failures). Additionally, on alarm level, a detailed RDS-PP mapping to component level is available.

Value Proposition:

Our services provide systematic detection and classification of periods with no or limited production, delivering a clear, standardised view of asset performance across platforms and asset types. By leveraging industry-aligned classifications, we ensure consistency and comparability, making it easier to identify and address performance gaps. This transparency into the root causes of downtime and partial performance empowers more targeted operational improvements, driving efficiency, maximising uptime, and enhancing revenue potential.

Benefits:

  • Increased Uptime: Quickly detect and resolve issues to maximise asset availability and performance.

  • Accurate Revenue Tracking: Correlate downtime with financial impacts and verify availability for better forecasting and loss prevention.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Empower stakeholders with insights to optimise maintenance and management strategies.

  • Clear Categorisation: Distinguish between technical, environmental, and operational factors for precise analysis and response.

  • Compliance Assurance: Align with IEC standards to ensure regulatory and industry compliance.

Visit Detection and Troubleshooting Quality

Description:

This service captures and records instances when personnel are on-site and assets are in local mode. Creating events with start and end time of local mode.

Utilising the detected events, the historical performance of troubleshooting visits is evaluated by examining the frequency of revisits and remote resets, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of repairs.

Value Proposition:

Our integrated Visit Detection and Troubleshooting Quality services provide a data-driven approach to optimising asset performance and maintenance efficiency.

The Visit Detection service identifies when assets are in local mode and personnel are present, offering precise tracking of site visits. This data challenges budgeted long-term plans and service assumptions, leading to more informed resource allocation and strategic planning.

The Troubleshooting Quality service evaluates the effectiveness of downtime repairs, helping organisations enhance the quality of their troubleshooting efforts. By identifying gaps in repair processes and preventing future breakdowns, this proactive approach significantly improves maintenance efficiency and asset reliability.

Together, these services deliver actionable insights that drive smarter planning, more effective resource utilisation, and improved operational performance.

Benefits:

  • Accurate Visit Tracking: Monitor the number, duration, and frequency of troubleshooting visits for better management.
  • Enhanced Resource Allocation: Use real visit data to challenge budget assumptions and optimise resource planning.
  • Improved Troubleshooting Quality: Evaluate repair effectiveness to enhance maintenance processes and reduce repeat issues.
  • Preventative Insights: Minimise future breakdowns through proactive improvements in troubleshooting strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline maintenance practices to reduce downtime and improve overall asset performance.

Operational Performance Measures

Description:

Operational Performance Measures is a customisable service that delivers data-driven metrics tailored to your organisation's specific needs. By focusing on key performance indicators, it helps you monitor, evaluate, and improve operational efficiency and asset performance. Metrics can be provided monthly, quarterly, or on a rolling yearly basis to match your reporting requirements.

This service is most effective when built on the foundation of our other service, providing a full view of asset performance to drive meaningful operational improvements.

Value Proposition:

Our Operational Performance Measures empower organisations to drive desired behaviours and outcomes by focusing on the metrics that matter most. Whether it’s improving operational efficiency, reducing downtime, or enhancing service quality, our flexible approach ensures you have the right insights to make informed, impactful decisions. When integrated with our Troubleshooting Quality service, you gain deeper visibility into maintenance effectiveness and repair success, enabling proactive improvements and long-term operational gains.

Benefits:

  • Customisable Metrics: Tailored performance indicators aligned with your organisation's goals and data requirements.
  • Flexible Reporting: Monthly, quarterly, or rolling yearly metrics to suit your operational needs.
  • Comprehensive Insights: Standard measures like Failures per Year and Downtime per Failure, plus advanced metrics like Repair Success Rate when combined with Troubleshooting Quality.
  • Enhanced Operational Efficiency: Identify and address inefficiencies with data-driven insights into downtime events, failures, response times, and service visits.
  • Improved Decision-Making: Equip your team with the right performance data to optimise maintenance, resource allocation, and overall asset management.

Lost Production and OPEX calculations

Description:

Our Lost Production and OPEX Calculations service quantifies the financial impact of downtime and partial performance events on your assets. By applying various methodologies to estimate potential production during periods of limited or no output, we calculate assumed lost production.

Using power price assumptions for these events, we estimate lost revenue, while also factoring in OPEX costs, including logistics, resource usage, and spare parts consumption. This data provides a clearer understanding of the financial implications of operational disruptions.

Value Proposition:

Understanding the true impact of lost production is essential for optimising operations, improving asset reliability, and making informed financial decisions. By quantifying lost power production during downtime and partial performance events, organisations gain critical insights into operational inefficiencies and performance gaps.

Beyond revenue estimation, calculating lost production helps identify patterns in asset performance, supporting better forecasting, risk assessment, and operational planning. Additionally, by incorporating OPEX cost assumptions—such as logistics, resource usage, and spare parts costs —organizations gain a fuller financial picture of the true cost of downtime.

With data on both lost production and operational expenses, you can prioritise optimisation projects, justify business cases, and enhance long-term strategic decision-making with confidence.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Impact Analysis: Quantifies lost power production and its financial consequences, providing a full view of operational inefficiencies.
  • Revenue & Cost Estimation: Calculates lost revenue from downtime while integrating OPEX factors such as logistics, resource usage, and spare parts costs.
  • Optimised Decision-Making: Supports data-driven financial planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
  • Stronger Business Cases & Justifications: Links lost production directly to historical revenue and cost impacts, helping to justify investment in optimisation projects.
  • Enhanced Risk & Performance Assessment: Identifies downtime patterns, enabling proactive strategies to minimise production losses and reduce unnecessary operational expenses.
